About Us

The Pottstown Elks Lodge at 61 E. High Street has been a cornerstone of this Montgomery County community for decades. Walk through the front door and you'll find something increasingly rare: a place where neighbors actually know each other, where handshakes mean something, and where the bar tab helps fund local scholarships and veterans' programs.

The Regency Room is the crown jewel for events. Couples have trusted it with their wedding receptions, and the reviews make clear why. Lodge coordinator Lin has earned near-legendary status among local brides and grooms, managing everything from seating charts to special dietary needs with a calm, personal touch that no hotel banquet hall can replicate. A 4.5-star rating across 80 reviews doesn't happen by accident.

Beyond the events, the Lodge is an active chapter of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, one of America's oldest fraternal organizations. Members gather for camaraderie, community service, and the kind of straightforward hospitality that has kept this building full since long before social media made "community" a marketing buzzword.

What We Offer

The Regency Room seats your wedding reception, anniversary dinner, corporate event, or milestone birthday with full-service catering and a staff that has handled hundreds of events without losing the personal touch. Lin and her kitchen team are known for accommodating dietary restrictions, a detail that matters more than most venues admit.

Active Elks membership opens the door to a broader world: access to the Lodge's social facilities, participation in charitable programs that fund local youth scholarships and veterans' assistance, and a calendar of member events throughout the year. The Lodge also hosts community fundraisers and private parties for non-members looking for a distinctive, affordable alternative to generic event spaces.

Whether you're booking the Regency Room for a Saturday reception or exploring membership in BPOE Lodge, the staff here treats every inquiry like it matters, because to them, it genuinely does.

"We had an amazing experience at the Elks Lodge in Pottstown, PA for our daughter’s wedding reception. From our very first meeting through the end of the event, Lin and her staff made the entire process stress free. Lin was friendly and helpful in sharing the available options and going above and beyond to help our daughters vision become a reality. The Ballroom was the perfect venue for the reception with many guests commenting on the beautiful old mansion that is now the Elk’s Lodge. There was a perfect amount of space for dancing and our daughter loved the overhead fairy lights and disco ball. We highly recommend using their chef for the meal. The pork loin and the stuffed chicken breasts were perfectly balanced with the garlic mashed potatoes and tasty rolls. The ice cream was a perfect complement to the wedding cupcakes and made the meal complete. Mike - at the bar - not only served amazing drinks, but did so with a smile and a willingness to serve. His easy interaction with our friends and family made for yet another enjoyable aspect of the celebration. We are so grateful for our experience and would not hesitate to use them again for any future events! If you are planning an event - contact Lin at the Elks Lodge in Pottstown, PA. You will be glad you did! Thank you Lin!"

"My new bride and I had our wedding and reception in the Regency Room. We are so incredibly grateful to Lin who helped us coordinate the entire event, as well as the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. The price for the venue was more than fair and was able to shift to match our needs. We were able to get into the space prior to our wedding for set up and stay after for clean up. I can not thank everyone involved enough. It was a truly beautiful day for our families to come together. If you are looking for a great place with wonderful people to help make any event you are hosting special, I'd truly urge you to look no further. Even parking was a breeze ( no small feat in Pottstown! ) Thank you all, truly the happiest day of our lives."

"Food was horrible, and they were so cheap on how much they give each person,. I would never give them thousands of dollars for crap food.. It was also hot very uncomfortable. Manager was very controlling and needs to take a chill pill."
